Delete your Zingg account

You can permanently delete your Zingg account and the data associated with it at any time.

Delete from the app

  1. Log in to Zingg on the web or in the mobile app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to "Delete account", tap the button and confirm with your password.

Can't log in?

Email us from the address registered to your account at hello@nusoft.co with the subject "Delete my account" and we will delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, email address, expenses, categories, budgets, uploaded receipt images and authentication tokens are permanently deleted. If you have an active web subscription, it is cancelled. This cannot be undone.

What we keep

We do not retain your personal data after deletion. Payment records held by our payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google) are kept by them as required by law. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled in your store account settings.
